The Club turned to a solution from PRIAM software, PRIAM appease, which drives the e-commerce and fulfilment operations, initially working behind their existing website to ensure fans enjoy an efficient service.
After PRIAM appease was launched it was combined with the existing back of house operation already being used by the Club. Powerful, flexible, easy to learn and use, this provides a seamless solution from the front end to the back. The visible content of the website right down to the nuts and bolts of fulfilling an order is all handled by PRIAM.
The scalable nature of PRIAM has ensured that spiraling demands for a greater variety of stock items will continue to be met in future. Personalised items, courier dispatch, accounts and pre-orders are all handled with ease. PRIAM is the central platform for the call centre, website, stock control, warehousing, transactional, delivery, stock management and payment functions.
