Sectors - Rentals

Royale contains a complete rental control system. This is similar to order processing in terms of being able to quote or take orders e.g. for performance sets.

It can handle individual performance sets which are uniquely accessed and have a history of their own. So a music set for a given work for example can always be reserved for a particular orchestra who may have annotated it originally.

Rented material can be sent to different parts of an organisation at different times, and similarly collected. Again this is part of a solid warehousing and stock control system.

The use of rental material is often associated with other royalties being generated e.g. performance or mechanicals and Royale allows for the creation of licenses within the rental process.

Rental contribution is viewed as a cost centre in its own right but also contributes to analysis for how well a work or writer does through the whole range of possible revenue streams.
