Sectors - Royalty Distribution

Revenues for the writer are continuously being accumulated from direct sales or from licensing revenue, or from collecting organisations e.g. MCPS, Harry Fox, PRS, ASCAP, CMRRA, JASRAC.

The writer contract defines the writer’s share of this revenue and when it will be paid to the writer / royalty recipient.

Royalties can be held in correct expense accounts and separate cash accounts if required pending payment to the writer.

Royale allows for advances to the writer and also for charges against the writer, so the royalty statement will include these amendments.

Royale uses a full open-item accounting system for the writer and detailed views of the account can be seen at any time by permitted parties.

Royale allows for multiple royalty recipients to receive payments as per the original contract and revenues collected from different sources.

Royalty statements can be sorted by a variety of means and can show whatever level of detail required.
