Every transaction from any part of the system has a transaction record and an immediately visible audit trail.

Royale has sales, purchase and general ledgers with integrated cash book handling and budgets. All the accounts work in ‘real-time’ i.e. as any process occurs throughout Royale, the accounts are updated immediately. This gives management an immediate view of the business at any instance.

There are dozens of financial reports spanning all areas of the business and these are customisable and available on demand by the user.
