PRIAM handles the retail side for charities; all the 'normal' selling, stock control, accounting, marketing, and database handling are provided by PRIAM ERP/CRM.

Specifically for charities, PRIAM simplifies the areas of donation handling - donations can be taken as 'stand-alone', on a standing order basis, or within mail order.

While taking an order, the operator can take overpayments as a donation. These are analysed and generate different responses to the customer.

Combined with the profiling ability of PRIAM, this automates future targeting of donors. CRMagic assists charities in providing them, and their fulfilment houses, with a carefully planned script that varies with the flow of the order and donation taking.

Memberships

PRIAM has been adapted to handle the needs of membership organisations such as trade unions and associations, clubs and societies, sports organisations and any operation that has a membership scheme.

The full membership module is used by Premier League football clubs and allows for different levels of membership.

The powerful profiling of the database and intelligent selections allow for specific targeting of members and PRIAM also contains a subscription module for controlling the circulation of newsletters/magazines.

The membership system is integrated into the retail side of the organisation i.e. shop sales, e-commerce and mail order - e.g. members would receive differing terms/discounts depending on their membership status and membership can be bought when purchasing merchandise.

Subscriptions

PRIAM subscriptions is optionally linked to membership handling. It allows for periodicals/magazines to be subscribed to, renewed etc. Subscriptions can be sold as part of a catalogue sale e.g a football club can sell clothes from their catalogue and also sell a magazine subscription.

There are not limits to the size or complexity of subscription handling. Companies can define their own credit control tables.
