PRIAM ERP - Picking and Despatch

PRIAM is used by small companies through to extremely large fulfilment houses so the picking and despatch modules cover the widest range of flexibility possible.

Mass Picking

Mass picking lists selected by various criteria e.g. delivery method, product type, cost centre, number of orders or date. Mass picking lists optimised by picking route and reported by bin locations within the warehouse map. Option to confirm picking list prior to despatch and automatically adjust for damaged or missing stock.

Despatch

By individual order or whole picking list. Can scan bar-coded product on despatch to check against original order. Complete handling of any courier’s documentation (labels, manifests, EDI). Write back to order the consignment numbers/track back. Drop shipment notes produced where supplier despatches goods directly to customer.

Backorder Handling

Backorders can produce purchase orders automatically, allocate the stock and be referenced at goods received. Backorders can be released automatically or optionally depending on payment form. Automatic production of acknowledgement if no items to be despatched. Ability to cancel orders and refund for out of stock items after given periods, dependent on original payment method.
