PRIAM ERP - Manufacturing

PRIAM offers full MRP production planning and stock forecasting. While there are already many manufacturing systems available, we know of none that link to retailing software as sophisticated as PRIAM's.

• Full Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing requirements with full integration to the stock master file. Unit of measure conversion i.e. weight to length and normal or suggested batch quantity.
• Back-to-back sales order/works order creation for the make to order environment.
• Works order creation for "batch" manufacture. Ability to split works orders.
• Raw material stock allocation with automatic checking to see if sufficient raw material exists.
• Production of picking lists dependent on issue type.
• Works order activation and creation of work in progress records.
• Three different methods of raw material stock issue:
  • Interactive - at the time the issue takes place
  • Back Flush - on completion of the works order
  • Kit Issue - as per the BOM items and quantities
• Operator bookings/shop floor data capture allowing operatives to book themselves on and off jobs specifying start and finish date and time, and quantity of "good" and "scrapped" product.
• Full or partial works order completion allowing finished product to be booked into stock in different ways.
• Full reporting including bar coded route and job cards, work in progress valuation, report job progression, report remaining work, customer order status, outstanding operations and a number of exception reports. Full integration with the PRIAM report writer.
• Job costing reporting actual job costs. Standard costing.
