PRIAM Software has worked with Tottenham Hotspur to help the Premier League Football Club maximise retail sales following the launch of its new Under Armour Home and Away Kits, which went on sale ahead of the start of the 2012/2013 season.
Underpinning this launch was PRIAM's multi-channel business system. This consists of ecommerce and mobile commerce shop sites which are fully integrated to a back-office call centre and fulfilment system. The kit was available for fans to buy just after midnight on July 13 and was accompanied by a huge volume of visitors on the websites to view and purchase the new ranges.
Glyn Carvill, Managing Director, PRIAM Software said: 'We're delighted to have been able to play a part in the successful launch of Tottenham Hotspur's new 2012/2013 kit. In order to accommodate the huge volumes of visitors onto the websites, we've had to provide new features for the system and put new processes in place. These processes have enabled us to push the capabilities of our ecommerce platform to even greater heights and are testament to the resilience and flexibility of the PRIAM System'.
'We look forward to working with Tottenham Hotspur to help increase kit sales over the course of the coming season.'
