Tottenham Hotspur have launched their new mobile retail commerce site. The site, which has been developed by PRIAM Software, gives fans access to the range of kit and merchandise currently available from their existing ecommerce shop site.
The site is transactional and fully secure, it is browser based and completely device independent. It will automatically redirect customers to the mobile site and detect whichever device is being used, to then resize and transact accordingly.
It can be used on any smart phone or tablet device and as with all eCommerce solutions from PRIAM Software, it is fully integrated with the call centre and back-office systems to deliver a fully multi-channel experience for the customer.
