Book Club Associates (BCA), the UK's largest book club and mail order book seller has gone live with the PRIAM system. This includes replacing all of their back office functionality provided by Manhattan and SAP and the introduction of seven new e-commerce web sites.
The move to PRIAM has resulted in the replacement of more than 30 disparate systems with one fully integrated solution using a single central database updated in real-time. This has simplified the complex area of book club processing and also created additional functionality.
