PRIAM Software is 20!

PRIAM blew out 20 candles on our cake

This year we celebrate the 20th birthday of PRIAM Software.

The system itself has changed and grown massively since 1989 when it was first launched as a point of sale system tailored to music shops.

Written by our Managing Director Andrew Kypri when he identified a gap in the market the system has evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and is unique in the marketplace.

From a fully integrated point of sale system PRIAM expanded to encompass a multitude of different sectors.

While ERP, CRM, e-commerce, Web 2.0 and much more has been added the core values of PRIAM have remained constant, scalablity, speed and integration. It remains above all a practical system.

Over the two decades the number of staff at PRIAM has grown but over half has always been developers. Although larger the company has lost none of its agility and remains committed to providing bespoke developments for customers ensuring the system fits their individual needs.

As it stands today PRIAM is now seen as a real alternative to the biggest names in ERP but remains considerably less expensive than them. The company remains committed to growth and technological improvement, the non-stop development testifies to this.
