Another new client win

Book Club Associates (BCA) is Britain's biggest mail order book seller. They offer books and other products through numerous book clubs. Sales are made through traditional direct marketing, e-commerce and call centres.

After a review BCA has selected PRIAM to replace its existing IT infrastructure. In addition to simplifying a complex structure PRIAM will add functionality allowing BCA to grow into new business areas and deliver better return on investment.

This will result in a more efficient operation as all transactions will be linked in real time from the central database. All of the business processes are instantly updated; a change in one area will automatically be made throughout the rest of the system.

Work on the project has now started and, when finished, replacing the current systems with PRIAM will slash costs while improving efficiency.
