We will monitor your PRIAM system and database through a series of regular checks and make system statistics available through a reporting tool. By providing a number of automated alerts we will take corrective action early to ensure that problems do not occur.

 

For the PRIAM system / M21 database we will

 

• Check that the database has sufficient space and increase the space if required
• Monitor job usage
• Report on M21 uptime
• Monitor database performance, provide analysis and database tuning
• Verify database backup and provide alerts if backups are not successful
• Perform all PRIAM updates

 

For the operating system we will

 

• Check all system resources including available disk space, memory and CPU usage
• Provide security set-up and monitoring
• Apply system updates and patches
