We offer two distinct packages, Shared Server or Dedicated Server.

Shared Server

PRIAM systems can be hosted on a shared server. Each PRIAM system will be running a separate instance of the M21 database. We will also make a judgment on the suitability of a customer being hosted on a shared server.
Shared Servers will always be rented.

Standard features:

Database hosted on a shared Server Setup of 4 x TCP/IP Ports (MuSrv & ZMGWSI) 6GB Database 500MB File Storage Daily backup to a remote PRIAM backup location Configuration of 4 Printers within PRIAM Shadow Server

Optional Extras:

+2 TCP/IP Ports +6GB Database (Max of 18GB) +500MB File Storage +1 Printer Configuration Credit Card Authorisation via TCP/IP The setup will include the configuration of 4 TCP/IP ports as this is sufficient to run PRIAM + 1 web site. In addition to M21 we will configure the firewall to allow these ports to pass. The setup of 4 printers will also be included. These printers must be standard as specified by PRIAM. To avoid unnecessary support, other makes and models will not be accepted.

An initial 6GB database will be offered with potential expansion to 18GB. Very large customers requiring large amounts of database space should look towards the dedicated server option.

As part of the service we are offering a shadow server. In the event of a database / server failure, the shadow server will be switched without the customer having to do anything at all.
