The Business Process Editor is a powerful management tool allowing you to chain together a number of tasks to create a template for an automated workflow management tool.
The template can then be activated to create a series of tasks or business processes.
• Each task is completed in the order of priority and when the task is due for completion
• Tasks may be allocated to individuals or groups
• Tasks may require authorisation and can be escalated to a supervisor or manager
• Other business processes can be added to the workflow template
