In addition the Confetti site is home to more than 400,000 unique forum users and offers planning and advice information alongside fashion hints, tips and inspiration for every bride to be.

Confetti has become one of the UK's market-leading online brands and enjoys a large and loyal customer base.

PRIAM's Solution

Confetti has been using PRIAM's multi-channel business system for many years and in 2009 adopted PRIAM's appease as their eCommerce and CMS platform for their shop site. Part of the process was to link the other parts of Confetti's site to the appease shop site via an API to create a 'single sign on'.

The fully integrated nature of PRIAM's offering allows Confetti to manage all of their channels through one system. There is one database, a single repository for all of their data.

The scope of the system includes call centre and contact management, stock and warehouse management, the back office fulfilment process and an eCommerce site that is fully integrated in real-time. This allows call centre staff to see exactly the same information, stock levels, prices, promotions etc as is displayed on the web site.

The appease content management system allows Confetti to effectively manage the search engine optimisation process and ensure their search engine presence is maintained.
